Diverse nursing duties include family planning services, adult & child exams, school & employment physicals, chronic care and acute visits, as well as preventative health services. Illinois APN/FNP license required. Computer skills and bilingual English/Spanish are a plus. Must be able to manage complex cases and work well with a team. Two years of related experience and/or training desirable; new graduates encouraged to apply. Homecare Assistant is a non-medical position providing assistance with activites of daily living such as housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, shopping and errands, and assistance with personal care.These services are provided to our clients who are elderly or impaired adults.
Some of the qualifications for this position include:
*High school diploma, GED, or at least 1 year of documented, supervised service in a comparable human service program.
