Serving patients age five and above, Monday is a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. With over six years of experience, Monday spent four years as an RN working in inpatient mental health services at the US Department of Veteran Affairs before getting his MS in Nursing from Wayne State University. Monday's goals as a provider are to improve access to behavioral health services and provide exceptional care to those in need.

Paige Reeser, PMHNP-BC (Kewanee location)

Born and raised in Kewanee, IL, Paige is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She has her master’s degree in Nursing from Maryville University and her bachelor’s in Nursing from Bradley University. She worked at Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri for 4 years, where she was the charge nurse on the psychiatric inpatient unit. Paige believes compassion and active listening contribute to her skills as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. Paige looks forward to serving patients and meeting the mental health needs in our community.

Ali Brown, Behavioral Therapist (Kewanee location)

Born and raised in Kewanee, IL, Ali is a Qualified Mental Health Professional with a Master's degree in clinical psychology from Roosevelt University. After completing her practicum at Hartgrove Behavioral Health Hospital in Chicago, IL, She started as a behavioral health therapist for our partner organization, North Central Behavioral Health Systems. Ali understands the barriers that exists and is devoted to filling the need for mental health services in our community.

Marisa Murrillo, Community Support Specialist

MarisaMarisa is a community support specialist who specializes in finding individuals resources and being their support system. She received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology at Eureka College and during that time, Marisa was volunteering through the Crisis Text Line after being a certified counselor. Marisa still volunteers with the Crisis Text Line occasionally. She also volunteered with Empathetic Listening by listening and communicating with people who were struggling with their mental health. Currently, Marisa is attending UIUC School of Social Work for her Master’s degree in Social Work to eventually obtain her LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker). Marisa is excited to continue to working in the mental health field and look forward to being a support for individuals at this time.  

Paula Shannon, MSW, LCSW (Alwood School District #225 School Therapist)

Paula FinalPaula lives in Alpha, IL.  She will be serving as a School Therapist for the Alwood School District (#225) as a hybrid employee of North Central Behavioral Health and the Henry-Stark Health Department in an exciting, new, grant-based program to provide mental health services full-time in a local school district for their K-12 students.

Paula received her Bachelor's in Psychology from Knox College in 1993, and her Master's in Social Work at St. Ambrose University in 2010.  She received her LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) in 2013.  Paula has served in a variety of social work areas including child welfare, child and adolescent mental health and crisis, community-based therapy for individuals, couples, families, and groups, mental health therapy and crisis services at the East Moline Correctional Center, and complex care management in the healthcare setting.  

Paula feels like she is getting to fulfill one of her career goals in serving professionally in her home community where both of her children grew up and were educated.   She and her husband love to travel, most often to visit their adult children or relax on a beach. Their empty-nest baby is their Great Dane, Navy.  Paula writes regularly and is hoping to be a published author in the next few years.

Vicki Bailey, LSW (Wethersfield School District School Therapist) 

Born and raised in Kewanee, Vicki graduated from Wethersfield High School. Soon after, Vickie got her bachelor’s degree in social work from Illinois State University and her master’s degree in social work from Aurora University. Vicki was employed as a school social worker for 20 years and then decided to take a break.  She became a medical social worker and was taking care of hospice patients and their families. Vicki is excited to work with children and teens in the school setting and is hoping that she can meet the needs of the students and their families.
